A natural stone that is quartz-based consisting chiefly of quartz grains with various types of cementing materials. The purest sandstones are nearly white, with colours primarily due to iron oxides, limonite and hematite yielding yellow, pink, brown, buff and reds. Our Sandstones are generally mechanically very strong with small grain sizes and a high degree of cementation that allow some types to be finished as mirror polish for internal applications. This stone is widely used as building stone as well as facing and roofing slabs. |

| The stones can be supplied in various finishes,
namely natural cleft, honed or mirror polished. The natural thickness varies form 10 to 30 mm , but the tiles can be calibrated to required thickness. We also provide chamfered and handcut tiles. |
